With the land cleared, we moved into the foundation phase, laying the groundwork for a structurally sound and energy-efficient home. We poured a high-performance concrete foundation, complete with insulated forms to support year-round comfort and sustainability.
Now, the house is quickly taking shape. The framing is well underway, with the skeleton of the home standing tall against the scenic backdrop of Litchfield County. Our team is using precision techniques and premium materials to ensure the frame is both durable and true. The siding is being installed, combining timeless aesthetics with superior protection from the elements. A sleek metal roof is being added as well, offering unmatched durability, modern design, and energy efficiency.
Inside, we’re moving toward a full spectrum of interior finishes. From wide-plank hardwood flooring to custom cabinetry and high-end tile work, every detail is being thoughtfully selected to reflect both craftsmanship and client vision. Electrical and HVAC systems are being installed with energy efficiency in mind, and insulation is scheduled next to ensure the home meets top performance standards.
